Mala Naidoo is a novelist, poet, short-story writer, educator, and literary blogger whose work explores themes of humanity, justice, identity, race, gender, memory, and resilience. Born in South Africa during the apartheid era and living in Australia, she draws extensively on multicultural experiences and historical realities in her fiction and poetry.
